MY ROLE
ILLUSTRATOR AND GRAPHIC DESIGNER
THE REQUIREMENT
Designing an entire presentation deck that isn't textually heavy. Keep in mind that the deck is for global investors and customers. The scope included:
1. Analysis and division of the provided content across slides in an optimum way.
2. Studying the kind of visuals a global audience finds interesting & intriguing.
3. Defining the design language - illustration style, color palette, and typeface.
4. Creating layouts for all content pages, with guidelines for easy replication.
5. Illustrating and creating the final layouts.
MY PROCESS

THE STORYBOARD
STEP ONE
THE MOODBOARD
Before starting any ideation, I went about collecting images and snippets for inspiration. These included similar work done by other designers/illustrators, a variety of illustration styles that do with the theme of the project and portray the vibe the client want, along with presentation layouts.
STEP TWO
THE STORYBOARD
Once the moodboard was ready, and the rough theme was set, I worked on division of content across slides, followed by rough layout and concept sketches for each.

COLOUR PALETTE
Keeping colour psychology and the variety of required illustrations in mind, I created a colour palette that suits the mood of the presentation.
TYPOGRAPHY
An elegant sans-serif typeface. It offers a large set of variations and poses good legibility, especially when used for digital purposes.
STEP THREE
THE FINAL LAYOUTS
The storyboard provided me with a requirement of 8 different layouts.
